This page explains, in plain words, what this website does and does not do with your information.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. There is no form anywhere on this website — no enquiry box, no callback request, no report upload — so there is nothing here for you to type and nothing of yours to send. Everything is arranged by phone, and what you tell us on that call is not stored on this site. We do count visits, and the next two sections explain exactly how.
Reports you bring us
Reports you hand over at a consultation are seen by our doctors and the appointment desk only. They are not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not passed to anyone outside the hospital. You can ask us to return or destroy them at any time and we will, without asking you why.
Tracking
We use Google Analytics to count how many people open each page, so we know which pages are worth writing more of. It tells us numbers, not names — there is nothing in it we could use to work out who you are, and it is never matched against anything at the hospital. It does mean Google sees which pages your browser opens, including pages about a diagnosis — so we have switched off the settings that would let Google use any of it to pick advertisements for you, here or anywhere else. Beyond that there is nothing: no advertising trackers, no session-recording tools, no social-media pixels. Fonts are still served from our own servers rather than a third party's.
Cookies
One is ours, and only if you use the language toggle: it remembers whether you prefer Gujarati or English so we can send you to the right version next time. It contains nothing else. The others belong to Google Analytics and hold a random number that lets it tell a returning browser from a new one — no name, no phone number, no way to reach you. Clearing your browser's cookies clears all of them.
